Workshop on 'Journalism and Contemporary Challenges'
Jahangirabad Media Institute in collaboration with Nehru Yuvak Kendra Sangathan, organised a three day workshop, from Sept. 5 to Sept. 7, 2005, on 'Journalism and Contemporary Challenges'. About eighty young journalists and social activists attended the session which were addressed by eminent scholars and media persons. Prof. Sucheta Mahajan, JNU, Prof. Salil Mishra, IGNOU, Apoorva Shinde, Asst. Director NYK, Shesh Narayan Singh, Journalist, Naveen Joshi, Editor, Hindustan and Dr. Rampunyani delivered lectures which were followed by lively discussions.
