	Prospectus with application form can be obtained through post from Jahangirabad Media Institute, Jahangirabad, Barabanki, UP, on payment of Rs.100, through non-refundable demand draft payable at Lucknow, in favour of Jahangirabad Media Institute. Completed application forms along with processing fee of Rs. 300, in the form of Demand Draft must reach the Registrar, JIT by August 5, 2007.

	Documents required
	The candidate has to submit attested copies of following documents along with the application form: Date of birth certificate Photo-copies of the Mark-sheets of the examinations passed Portfolio regarding his/her earlier media related activities Passport size photographs on application form Certificate of reserved category status (if applicable) Certificate of income of both parents if seeking scholarship/ sponsorship

	If you have downloaded the form from this site then a demand draft of Rs.100 drawn in the name of Jahangirabad Media Institute, payable at Lucknow has to be attached with the application form along with processing fee of Rs.300/-. JMI takes no responsibility, whatsoever, for any delay in postal services. JMI would provide limited residential accommodation for those chosen for the interview, to be held in Jahangirabad. Those who would like to avail this facility would have to send their request to the registrar JMI well in advance.
